This family of six had outgrown their much-loved home but not wanting to move are considering how to extend to get the space they need. They required a fifth bedroom, home office, laundry and larger dining area. To evaluate the potential options of extending, a feasibility study was undertaken. The study considered four ways of increasing the size of the house; from single storey and two storey rear extensions to a loft conversion.

This process has enabled the family to fully consider the potential options and move forward knowing the project they are going to pursue will meet all of their needs.
