Proposal

This first floor flat had great potential but was dated. On a tight budget the flat was modernised with a new kitchen creating the desired entertaining space.  Built in storage was added to the second bedroom by utilising the space over the stairs, transforming this small room in to a more practical bedroom.

 

A full rewire, new heating system and decorating throughout completed the transformation of this flat in to a home.
