Update the property to meet current standards to create an attractive home suitable for rental.

Proposal

As an investment project the challenge was to create a practical, attractive home on a budget that would maximise returns. To meet current building and landlord legislation the works included a full rewire as well as internal insulation to the external walls to improve the EPC rating from an E to a C.

A contemporary practical kitchen was fitted with French doors introduced to provide a direct link to the garden. The outdated first floor bathroom was gutted and after the external walls were insulated and retiled, it was refitted with a modern suite. Being decorated with robust homely finishes completes this renovation.
