A truly transformative remodel to create a practical family home.
Proposal
Having not been modernised for more than three decades this semi-detached house needed a full renovation to unlock its true potential. Beginning by removing the internal wall between the small kitchen and dining room as well as the external toilet, space was made to create a large open plan kitchen diner with feature fire place. Now directly connected to the garden with French doors, this new modern space is big enough for a family dining table enabling the existing separate dining room to be transformed in to a treasured playroom.
The rest of the house was stripped back and fully renovated with a full electrical rewire, new heating system, new bathroom and redecorated throughout. This in-depth renovation breathed new life in to a tired house transforming it into a practical attractive family home.
